Hi, I’m Trish! 👋🏼

Ten years ago, I took a VERY random road trip from San Diego to Cancún: 6 people, 2 vehicles, 2 dogs, 18 states of Mexico and more than 3,000 miles. Whew!

I arrived in Puerto Morelos terrified by everything I’d been told about Mexico. Three weeks later, I knew I wanted to live here. I flew back to San Diego, sold almost everything I owned, thne flew to Iowa and said goodbye to my family and returned to Cancún with just three boxes.

And somehow, that crazy decision became a whole new life. ❤️🇲🇽

How My Trish Advisor Started

After moving here, I made a couple of videos sharing my perspective on Mexico and the difference between what I was experiencing and what I was seeing portrayed online.

Those videos received more than 2 million views and My Trish Advisor was born!

What started as sharing my love for Mexico grew into helping people EAT, STAY & PLAY here through tours, transportation, rentals and local recommendations.

Now, ten years later, I’m helping people Buy, Sell, Build, Rent here, too. 🏡

I spent six months studying real estate at Universidad La Salle and received my diploma.  Then became a licensed real estate professional with SEDETUS in Mexico and signed with Keller Williams Riviera Maya located in Cancun!

Today, I help clients buy, sell and rent property, explore investment opportunities and navigate the process of relocating to Mexico from finding the right area and home to helping connect the many pieces that come with starting a life here.

And yes, there are still dogs! 🐾 I originally came to Mexico with Peace Out Dog and Sassy, then there was Krispeace.  Those 3 have all now crossed rainbow bridge.  Today Flaco & Guapo run the show both rescued right off the streets of Puerto Morelos. ❤️

After ten years of calling Puerto Morelos home, I love being able to help others experience the Mexico I’ve come to love whether you’re coming for a vacation or wondering ¨Could I actually live here?¨
