The busiest breakfast joint in Puerto.. EL NICHO! And it stays busy for a reason… The food is SO SO good. This local hotspot serves up breakfast and lunch operating just from 7:30-2pm. So what’s it famous for?? THE WAFFLE. But my favorite is the eggs benedict! Choose from 4 different kinds. Other than that, the menu is full of traditional Mexican and American meals, including vegan and vegetarian options. And EVERYTHING is made from scratch.

Trisha’s Tip: Sit out back on the patio for open-air dining! Be sure to try the eggs benny and a half waffle for dessert. Yes, dessert at breakfast. Why not?! YOU’RE ON VACATION!
